What is the turnaround time?

Turnaround time during the work week is 24 hours for most projects and revisions. Depending on the task and revisions required more than 24hours can be required.

What files do I get with my designs?

You receive all the source file and any files you need for web and print. If you need any other files or sizes, just let your Project Manager know.

Are there any contracts?

The are no contracts.

I have a really time-sensitive request. What do I do?

If a request is especially time-sensitive, you can indicate this when submitting your request details. We’ll do our best to bump it up in the queue and advise you of the delivery time.

Does all work belong to me?

All the work we create for you belongs to you. We retain the rights to show it in our portfolio, unless you email us and ask to opt out.

Do you provide stock photos?

Yes. We have access to stock photos. If require stock photos from a premium site such as Shutterstock, those will be an incremental cost.
