Do you support WordPress websites that are using premium (paid) themes and plugins?
Yes, we support WordPress websites with premium (paid) themes and plugins. However, for us to keep your premium (paid) themes and plugins up-to-date, you will need to register the premium product for future updates from the WordPress dashboard.
Do you offer hosting?

Do you offer emails?
We can provide iMap email hosting at no cost. For the best email hosting we reccomend a cloud soloution such as Google Suite or Office 365.
I just signed up. How long will it take for you to work on my site?
After we have been provided access to your website, we’ll review it. It will take a couple hours for us to secure and optimize your website, then we will begin work on your job requests. If you decide to take advantage of our complimentary hosting, we will transfer your website first before doing any jobs.
How many job requests can I submit to you at one time?
There is no limit to how many small job requests that can be submitted at one time. We will complete one job and then move on to the next.
What if I need help on the weekends?
You can submit request 24/7. We typically do not respond on weekends and statutory holidays. If your request is super urgent we will find a way to work on your request right away.
Can I change my plan to a different one if needed?
Of course, you may upgrade or downgrade at any time. We’ll adjust the remainder of the month pro-rate.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You are free to cancel your plan at any time. Just write us an email or give us a call.
Do you require long-term contracts for your plans?
We do not require a fixed-term contract for any of our plans, you can cancel at anytime 🙂
What’s considered a small job?
Small jobs cover any common tasks that can be done within 30 minutes. Design related services and creating a new website are not covered under small jobs.
Examples of small jobs include:

Install & configure plugins
Update header or footer
Adding website widgets
Fixing broken links
Fixing contact form issues

If a job request is to exceed 30 minutes in length will quote the amount of time required to finish the job and with the clients permission we will finish the job.
Do I really get unlimited small jobs per month for the Standard and Plus plans?
We want to offer the best value to our clients, so we don’t set a limit for the amount of small jobs that you can request under the Standard and Plus plans. With the essential plan you can get 1 small job/ month
How long will it take for you to complete my small job requests?
We strive to finish job requests as soon as possible and we aim to get requests done same day. However, sometimes due to the high amount of requests that we receive from our subscribers, you can expect completion within the response time that’s indicated for each plan.
Essential Plan: within 48 business hours, Standard Plan: within 24 business hours, Plus Plan: within 12 business hours.
Are there limits to the small jobs that you'll handle?
The Essential plan comes with one small job per month. The Standard and Plus plans cover unlimited small jobs per month.
Do you offer bulk discounts for more than one site?
Each WordPress Maintenance Plan covers one WordPress website. We do offer bulk discounts for more than one site. Please email us [email protected] to work on a plan to suit your needs.
Do maintenance plans include SEO?
“Our maintenance plans are focused on the maintenance of your website and in-depth SEO is outside the scope of a maintenance plan.
SEO Plans are available separately and compliment our WordPress Maintenance Plans.
Our WordPress maintenance plans are one part of total WordPress support. We follow best practices to enhance the SEO of anything we do as part of your maintenance plan. Some example are:
When we add images we add alt tags (alternative text for search engines and disabled users).
We make sure your website has a good quality SEO plugin in place (we use SEO by Yoast).
We make sure your site is able to be indexed by search engines.
We add an xml site map to help search engines spider your site.

What is included in the Performance Optimization?
“A website that loads quickly is important for your users and search engines such as Google also include website speed as a factor in how they rank your website. A fast site is especially important for your mobile users, a growing audience.
As part of Premium Plan and above, we include some key performance optimization to help your site load faster. These include:
Install and configure a caching plugin.
Optimize/compress your websites images.
Remove unnecessary plugins and themes.
Monitor website speed and make recommendations for improvement.
Fix performance red flag issues that come up on an ongoing basis.”
